GrowWell Growth Clinic
During periods of rapid growth, posture plays an
important role in how a child’s body develops.
When posture is poor, excessive compressive forces may be placed on the
spine, knees, and other joints, creating an environment where the body is
constantly under load.
Over time, this sustained compression may limit how
efficiently a child grows during the years when growth is naturally
occurring.
If this pattern continues, the body may not fully utilize its growth
potential before growth plates close.
GrowWell Growth Clinic:
Focuses on improving posture during the growing years by
retraining the muscles that support the body.
By helping muscles—not joints—provide postural support, we aim to reduce
unnecessary compression throughout the spine and lower extremities.
Growth patterns observed during the year of
posture-focused therapy show greater height changes compared to the previous
year, when posture-related compression was present.
This reflects a healthier growth environment created by improved posture and
muscle support—not forced growth or artificial height increase.
Our goal is to support children during their natural growth yearsso their bodies can grow as efficiently as they are biologically capable.
Growth patterns vary by individual. Height changes may differ, and no specific growth outcome is guaranteed.
